Advance Series Clear coat especially for ONYX HD basecoat.
Air drying clear coat for highest productivity. For minor damage repair up to a complete car side.
Best results will be achieved using C 2A40 AirTOP Clear coat, air drying at the 20 - 80% humidity range and 15 - 35° Celsius. 5% A 2210 ONYX ACTIVATOR must be added to all waterborne basecoat layers applied under the C 2A40 AirTOP Clear coat, air drying, including basecoat grey shades, A 2520 ONYX EASY BLENDER and all stages of a 3-stage application.
Mixing formulas that contain MIXINGBASE W cannot be used with A 2210 ONYX ACTIVATOR.
Basecoat should be thoroughly dried before overcoating with C 2A40 AirTOP.

Handling
Basecoat Preparation:
• 1st step: Weigh the colour mixing formula as normal, stirring well when this is completed.
• 2nd step: Add 5% of A 2210 ONYX ACTIVATOR and then stir immediately. (Potlife of max. 30 min)
• 3rd step: Dilute as normal using HB 032 HYDROMIX (or HB 034 HYDROMIX SLOW) and stir immediately.
Basecoat Application:
• Apply using standard ONYX HD application.
